Join us as we celebrate 34 years of Carolyn’s Place with an evening of good food, fellowship, and support for our mission.

4 Course Family-Style Dinner

Vista Table

Italian Salad
Romaine lettuce, olives, peppers, tomatoes, and onions with a lemon red wine vinaigrette

Penne alla Vodka
Sautéed tomato, prosciutto, mushrooms, vodka, and a touch of cream, served with eggplant rollatini

Chicken Marsala
Pan-roasted chicken breast, sautéed mushrooms, and Marsala wine sauce

Sliced Beef Filet Tips
Served with mushroom demi-glace

Sides
Oven-roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Dessert
Assorted cookies, brownies, and cannoli

Wine is included with dinner. A cash bar will also be available.
